Grumman Hill was founded in 1985 for private equity investments in small to middle market companies with outstanding leadership and strong growth potential. We have always invested in CEOs whose firms have established business models yet are still early in their development. Grumman Hill therefore does not take majority positions in companies nor does it participate in pure exits. Instead we are a backer of teams and provider of growth capital.

Jim Bunch, Partner

• 40 years of middle market M&A experience as an investor, investment banker and corporate attorney.
• Founder of Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver based, leading middle market investment bank specializing in M&A.
• Managing Partner and Chair of Davis Graham & Stubbs, a large Denver based corporate law firm.
• Executive Vice President of Boettcher & Company, the leading investment bank in the Rocky Mountain West.

Andre Haroche, Partner

• 7 years investment experience, Liberty Travel executive for 15 years.
• As CIO of Liberty Travel, Managed 160 staff, annual budget of $40 million.
• Founder/CEO of Silverleraf Capital Group, property investment co in 2005.
• Sourced, Structured and managed European offshore investments of €60MM project value.
• Invested in three transactions with Kelsey and Berry starting in 2006.
